Anyone over 18 can join the NE Seattle Tool Library, whether you live in NE Seattle or anywhere else in the world. Memberships are good for 12 months and may be renewed anytime.
3 Easy Steps to Become a Member
1. Create an account at home.
2. Come into the Tool Library during open hours with a government-issued photo ID.
3. Make a donation if you are able. Donations are crucial to keeping this community project running. They pay for our coordinators’ salaries, our rent and tool upkeep.
The suggested donation levels are:
- General Public: $50
- Student/Senior: $35
- Sustaining: $200
- Lifetime: $500
You may make donations via PayPal here.
We also accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, & Venmo at the library.
Or opt for an in-kind donation in the form of volunteer hours (one 3-hour shift/month) or in tools.
All donations are optional and we will not deny applications because you lack funds. We do not require proof of income.
